Brian Moore

I grew up in Three Bridges. After National Service with the Royal Engineers, I worked there for 42 years as an Estate Agent & Chartered Surveyor. I, and my wife Eileen were members of Evangelical Free Churches but after moving to Crawley Down, in 1973, we felt God wanted us to worship and work locally. We were therefore confirmed into the Anglican Church, at All Saints', in 1976.
For many years Eileen, who died in 2005, and I were involved in the church youth and children's work. In 1985 the Vicar & PCC nominated me for Reader training but business and other pressures delayed my licensing by the bishop until 1995.

I enjoy sharing the preaching, Bible teaching and worship-leading ministry with the Vicar and other Readers. When time permits, my hobbies include family history research, gardening and video and still photography. I have a married son and daughter, and five grandchildren.
